Wishlist

dear my diary.. hihi..
these are the list of what i wants for my life. hope i can try achieve that. Insya-Allah. =)


SHORT TERM

  1. Purse. (Torn.not find d one which i like yet)
  2. Beg for lecture time next year. (Mine was torn before.want RED colour.)
  3. News board from IKEA. too long want it.



LONG TERM

  1. Face treatment - on going (started on DEC 2011)
  2. Lose weight - this one are being continuously. =P
  3. Hybrid car - when started working dear Lisa.
  4. New HP - wishing of the Samsung Galaxy S II ( this year please!!)
  5. Save money for vacation.
  6. KUTU again.
it will be continued to be listed. OK. ^_^

Escape Negativity
If there are people or situations that are bringing you down, reevaluate their place in your schedule and in your life in general. Gravitate toward friends and activities that are positive influences.
  • owg disekeliling slalu men'saiko' aku wlpn diaowg x wat pape pn.. always i rsa demotivted. tried to avoid this feeling. this year, follow this OK!!


Don't Take It Personally

Remember, you can only do your best. When bad things happen, don't beat yourself up. Instead, take a deep breath and figure out what your next steps will be.

Get Some Exercise

Working out helps release the tension that builds up in your body when you're stressed. A good workout can help you feel relaxed and refreshed, while simultaneously boosting your endorphins and your confidence.

Set a Date

Strip Away Stress

Take a look at the sources of stress in your life. Are you working too much? Have you taken on too many activities? Rather than letting your routines overwhelm you, look for ways to balance your time and include activities that will replenish and refresh you.

Learn Something New

Take up a new hobby. Novelty is good for the brain and for the soul. In addition to giving you a fresh perspective, it will help you boost your sense of achievement and add to your feelings of self-worth.

Recognize Success

Set reasonable goals. By making manageable benchmarks, you build confidence in yourself as you reach them. When you meet your goals, take a minute to acknowledge what you've accomplished. By recognizing your own success, you're reinforcing positive behavior.
  • GOAL - flying colour in exam + success in life, getting BF.. haha.. many more... kena letak benchmark for study.. x tkejar la kn.. =)


Phone a Friend

Call up a friend you haven't spoken to in a while. Getting caught up is a great way to get a fresh perspective, and reinvesting in a relationship will give you a renewed sense of community and companionship. Seeing yourself as part of a whole will help you gain confidence and reinforce your confidence in everything you have to offer.

Feed Your Mind

Surround yourself with music, books and programs that boost your mood. Avoid songs, movies or shows that make you feel down. Instead spend your time indulging in the art that really fulfills you.
